Dior, Harrods and a collection of dresses...

I honestly nearly dropped my coffee on friday morning when I had read online that one of the world’s most loved fashion houses was teaming up with one of our most famous (maybe infamous) stores in London for an epic one off pop up exhibition.

Harrods and Dior have come together to celebrate their over 60 year relationship in the form of nine unique boutiques, 33 window desplays and even a cafe! There are also exclusive products (which range in price points from budget to couture) making you wish that you had a clean credit card to play with. Though the main attaraction is on the forth floor. The beautiful and well loved Georgian Restaurant has been transformed into the ultimate homage to Dior. It’s here where you’ll find archived black and white imagery, videography and vintage paraphenalia displayed like an exhibit at the V&A museum. Vintage dresses and gowns worn by hollywood' elite such as Audrey Hepburn and Elizabeth Taylor are simply breathtaking up close - up.

The images you will agree really beautiful - and scream Dior 'French Chic' style. This is thanks to the combined efforts of Dior’s artistic director of women’s haute couture, RTW and accessory collections, Raf Simons and Dior’s president and CEO, Sidney Toledano.

With the displays being up for another 30days (14th April being the last day) there is a chance for any member of the public to get a peak into the life of the elegent fashion house and feel like they have stepped into a one off exhibition of beauty.
