Day Four at LFW S/S '12: Louise Gray...

Earlier on in the day the likes of Christopher Kane and Burberry Prorsum took to the catwalks and excited the crowds, with beautifully crafted clothing for next year. With the fashion pack and celebrities hoarding around the big names I took to watch Louise Gray. Her joyful mishmash of colour, pattern and texture and this collection showed off all her talents as a designer and the fun she has when designing clothes. She expressed that in this collection she was inspired by a long list of strong, independent women including the artist Vali Myers, Gypsy Rose Lee, Gala Dali and Poly Styrene. With a mix of patterns taken from pottery and Navajo fabrics, using torn chiffon instead of embroidery thread, fine woven tweeds, sequin belts and layers of fabric cut in panels and leftwith rugged unfinished edges. Gray expressed. What a great ( and fun) collection to end to my fashion week experience on. Below were some of my favorite outfits.
